Price, specification, and terms are subject to change without notice.  Spotted Horse is not responsible for errors in typography and/or photography.  Images taken from an earlier version of a product may not accurately describe the current version of a product.  Product descriptions are written based on information provided to us by the product packaging and/or the product manufacturer as such we do not claim any accuracy.  Buyers are responsible for researching information about a particular item and cannot assume anything - questions should be asked if there is any uncertainty after visiting the manufacturer's website or contacting the manufacturer.

Product availability is not guaranteed.  As a volume seller with multiple sales venues, a product may become out of stock without notice & placed on back order.  All customers with an item on back order have the option to cancel their order at any time before the order ships, for a full refund.  In the unlikely event an item has been discontinued, a full refund will be issued.
